Obituary for Louise Tinsley
Louise Tinsley, 84, passed away in Golconda, Â on Monday, August 17, 2015, Louise was born in Chicago on November 18,1930, the daughter of Charles and Beatrice Koehler. Louise was a long-time resident of Golconda and spent her time as a housewife and companion to her husband, Lee R. Tinsley. She was an outgoing person and well-liked individual who enjoyed the company of the patrons at E-Z Stop gas station where she spent most of her mornings. Having grown up in Chicago, she was also an avid baseball follower and lifelong Chicago Cub fan. She was unselfish and could always be counted on to put a smile on your face. This was a gift that her husband and sons always knew and she blessed them with her entire life. She leaves behind her husband of 60 years, Lee; two sons, Steven, of Golconda; and Rory of Minnesota. She came from a large family of nine children all of whom preceded her in death. Her brothers were: Walter, Charles, Robert, Richard, James, Henry, and sisters, June and Nook. According to her wishes, she will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, cards or contributions should be made to the family to help with expenses and can be sent to Aly Funeral Home, P.O. Box 69, Eddyville, IL 62928.
