Obituary for Jo Ellen Jackson

Jo Ellen Kunath Jackson departed this life to our Heavenly Father March 11, 2021, at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah Kentucky. Jo Ellen accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior and was baptized at an early age. She was born in Paducah Kentucky to Joann Yewell Little and John Kunath.
On April 6 2019 she was married to Frank Jackson. Shortly thereafter she was diagnosed with cancer.
Surviving is her husband, Frank, her parents, Joann (Gary) Little and John Kunath, brother Kelvin (Susan) Kunath. Children: Trevor Williams, Amber Davis, Amanda Davis, two step children Ashley Oneal and Cole Jackson. One grandchild, five step grandchildren, and mother in law Dorothy Williams.
Preceding her in death grandparents, Kermit and Irene Yewell, Otto and Vada Kunath and step son, Derrick Gage Jackson.
Jo Ellen always had a smile even through pain and heartache. She loved to decorate her home and was fond of collecting decorative chickens which filled her kitchen.
Graveside memorial will be held April 18, 2021, 2:00p.m., at New Home Cemetery in Eddyville IL.
