Obituary for Casey Charles Chavez
Casey Charles Chavez Casey Charles Chavez, born September 9, 1969 in Pocatello, Idaho, son of Francisco Chavez, Benin Lucero and Luana Lou Harris Lucero. Casey leaves behind his loving wife, Laura Michelle Chavez and his five children, Alex, Samantha, Ashley, Casey Jr. and CiCi. Casey was deceased while on a family boating trip on the Ohio River near Golconda, Illinois. Casey was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ingraham, his fathers, Francisco and Benino and his Aunt, Lenore Harris. He is survived by his mother, Luana Harris Lucero, his brother, Osman Ingraham, sister, Yolanda Chavez Solano, nieces and nephews he helped raise, Mrs. Cass, great nephew Javier Cass, Trynyty Chavez, Tsarina and Timothy Solano and Brandon Stephenson. Casey was a union carpenter and he owned his own business, “Done Right Drywall and Paint”. He was an expert at construction. His work will be remembered as art. He worked all over the United States dry walling multi-million dollar businesses and homes. He was kind and compassionate, always willing to help. His spiritual home was with the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Many members of the Golconda and Livingston County, Kentucky communities donated hours of time with search rescue and recovery. Many members of the community have donated to help defray expenses. The family deeply appreciates all of the help and prayers.
